Stop refreshing the wallet for every token hiding

at this moment, hiding or banning a token refresh the entire app. Which takes a considerable time especially when doing several. Can you do this without refreshing? perhaps in a batch and do a refresh at the end of multiple hiding process. Alternatively, could the refresh process be made faster?
