The telegram bot is doing a good job of regular information on significant changes in price. To buy a significant dip or sell at new ATH this feature is not sufficient. Proposal: introduce a command set like: /alert enable /alert <$TOKEN> high <#NUMBER> /alert <$TOKEN> low <#NUMBER>
